Everyone knows Kendall. The other lady that's not me is the newest edition to my treasure trove of friendships, Alexis Hyde. Her blog is a lot cooler than mine. That's actually how we met each other. Blogging. How dorky. It's fine. We're awesome.

Last night when we got home from the bar, we sat around in my living room text messaging people mean things, laughing about random penises and trying to hula hoop in a drunken state. The next morning, Alexis was pleased to learn that her lack-luster hula hooping the previous evening could be blamed on the fact that she was kinda sorta shitfaced. She's actually really good at it. These two had me laughing so hard that I could barely hold the camera.

This has been one of the most physically and emotionally exhausting weeks of my life and I am so glad it's over, but I also never ever want to forget the way I'm feeling now-- thrilled, excited, anxious, full of passion for what I do. A year ago I don't think I could have been further from being where I wanted to be, and now I feel like I'm one huge step closer to my dreams.

I usually refuse to stop and acknowledge my accomplishments because if you stop too long, sometimes you wind up staying there... but right now there's nothing I can do but be kind of pumped to be Molly McAleer.

I'm going to take a moment tonight to eat Mexican food with a girlfriend, pop a Xanax, watch Juno finally (I know, I know, it's supposed to suck... but I gotta find out what this Diablo Cody chick people are comparing me to made. I feel totally out of the loop.) I'm going to start some of my new books, I'm totally going to drink Diet Cokes and smoke cigarettes in bed with my dog.

Tomorrow I'm hosting my practice team, shopping with Kendall and Hyde. Going out with Ed at night...

Other than two quick shoots on Monday, the rest of the weekend is mine to roll around in bed and sing Stevie Wonder songs to Wagandstuff.

LOOK AT THE BABY HEDGEHOG! LOOKITTTTT! LOOK! OMG! YUMMY!

I've been trying to figure out what kind of voice this hedgehog has. Maybe like an LOLCat kind of voice? Or like an old timey newsman kind of voice? Or maybe like a Barry White voice, just to juxtapose his little body? He kind of looks old and wise, but there's definitely youth radiating from his spirit. It's a tough call.

That's what sucks about this picture. Now I know this hedgehog exists, but I also know that he and I will never, ever meet. That's going to rip me apart inside. I don't know what kind of voice he actually has and I never will know because he's off somewhere in his part of the world and I'm over here in mine. We won't cross paths. It's highly unlikely anyway. Even if we did, he wouldn't know to say hi. I am one of many admirers.

Suddenly, I am angry with the person who has shared this photo with me. I was better off not knowing. I was happy when I was ignorant.

This picture represents a movie I could make. It's like Edward Scissor Hands (except it's a chick. duh, me.) and everything about the character in my movie is exactly the same (like the hair) but one thing is different: instead of scissor hands, she has a finger face.

Anyway, if you're a big time Hollywood producer or director, I'd be willing to talk to you about my idea as long as we can work on my terms. If we establish what I consider to be a good relationship, I may also be willing to share with you my other ideas for motion pictures, as well as two game shows with solid internet crossover potential.
