well, what had happened was...

One of my friends manages many employees. The other day one of his office admins got fucked up on viccodin during the work day and left without telling anyone... This is an apology email she sent:

I just wanted to send you this e-mail to say how deeply sorry I am for taking off

From work the way I did on Friday! I have no excuse. I was not feeling well that morning

My left hand do to carpal tunnel was extremely swollen. A couple of hours before getting

To work I had to some pills in which they get me very drowsy on my way to taking my

Kids to school and getting to work I was dozing off. Finding my self extremely drowsy.

Once getting to work the situation getting no better, [Redacted] then asked me to go to my

Car roll down my windows and lay back so that the air would hit my face. I then found

my self completely out. Next I remember I went upstairs to use the restroom when next

I found my self  driving off. I did not tell any body I was leaving not even my daughter.

I must be honest at the time I really don't remember leaving or how I got home. I'll

I remember is knocking out and waking up very late that night. I found was destroyed

By significant other two days prior to my incident, I don't have a home phone. Friday night

About 11:30 P.M. I drove out I had my significant others truck the escalade in which I found

my self on the 710 Fwy North in a car accident. On Saturday afternoon while driving my

truck I also found myself sticking with my car a tree, in which the tree fell on top of my

truck. The effect of the pills really affect me and my actions. I'm so sorry I let you down

on Friday and that I was I big disappointment for our Friday meeting. Once again I

apologize for letting you down and letting [Redacted] down as well!
