Remember how awesome that movie Free Willy was when you were a kid? It was so awesome. First of all, whales. Secondly, Jesse was cute. Thirdly, pretty sweet soundtrack for a kid's movie. It was actually Free Willy that introduced me to one of my all time favorite jams, Love Will Be Right Here by SWV. You don't have to respect that, it's OK. I know. But it's not about the quality or staying power that makes a jam a certifiable jam all the time. Sometimes it's just about the way the song makes you feel even though it's totally kind of retarded. Love Will Be Right Here can be filed away under that category right along with CeCe Penniston's Finally and REO Speedwagon's Keep On Loving You. Sometimes you just have to get over yourself and call a spade a spade. Or a jam. Whatever. Anyway, here's the song if you don't know what I'm talking about:
