Porn can be quite lucrative. As long as you don't get caught up in the coke scene, and are smart with your finances, you could be financially independent within a few years. Do some porn at $1250/scene, or if you're lucky, sign an exclusive contract with a more reputable company. Also, you could do solo mag work. After a year or two, concomitant with your blog/vlog work, you could build a nice fan base. From there, we're talking feature dancing tour at gentlemen's clubs across the country. That's appearance fee, tips, lap dances, champagne room, plus selling swag, e.g. DVDs, personalized photos, etc. There's also the opportunity of doing "privates" on the DL with more well-to-do clients which ranges from $2K-$5K per night (think Eliot Spitzer situation). And that's non-reported income/tax free. All the while, you're socking this income away in Index Funds bankin' those capital gains. Seriously, if you bust your ass, your net worth would be a couple million in 6-7 years. Granted, there are intangible costs like potentially strained relationships with family and friends, loss of public dignity depending on your locale, but hey, you're liberal as is your neighborhood, so personal shame and judgment from others should be minimal. Then consider that your education level and attractive personality could lend itself to success in mainstream entertainment if you decide to move on from that profession. I mean, Jenna Jameson has pretty much taken the hit for all those that come after her, plus society is trending liberal anyway. I'm guessing a quick-witted and affable pornstar would have some decent opportunites in the entertainment industry after retiring from the skin biz. Just sayin'.
