Sorry, this song has so many levels it's ridiculous. First of all, "Hey, Jim?" Twice? On point. Secondly, he says something about her giving such good blow jobs that she must have went to college. There's a clever double entendre there, something about "brains", but... basically he's saying he knows his lady is college educated because of the way she gives a beej, and that's like, next-level buckwild.
